## Abstract A case of the sick sinus syndrome and constrictive pericarditis with effusion (seroconstrictive pericarditis) as manifestations of lymphomatous involvement of the heart is presented. Autopsy findings documented infiltration of the sinus node by undifferentiated malignant lymphoma cells.
