✦ Synopsis

In this paper we present a patient with dehiscence of an intra-atrial tunnel previously constructed during a total cavopulmonary connection procedure. We describe the use of a custom made covered stent to seal off the dehisced segment, and abolish the intracardiac shunting. We believe this is the first account of such a procedure being undertaken.
