โฆ Synopsis
I would begin my preparation by determining whether Ms. Flood's profile seems valid. Her total number of responses (317), the index of infrequent responses (5) and the pattern of her response percentages throughout the administrative indexes do not seem extreme. Consequently, I would proceed in my preparation with confidence that the profile is valid and free from any obvious response bias.
Next, I would review the pattern of her scores across the profile and identify any inconsistencies or conflicting interests that might indicate possible sources of her career indecision. Ms. Flood's profile indicates a high level of consistency across all sections: Relatively high Artistic, Enterprising, and Social interests, with relatively low Realistic, Investigative, and Conventional interests occur in each section of the profile. Her scores on the Personal Styles Scales also fall toward the poles that generally coincide with such interests.
