There will be a particular focus on the EC's Integrated Pollution Prevention & Control (IPPC) Directive. What does 'Best Available Techniques' mean in terms of secure and safe sealing technology for operators? The conference will bring together the latest products, techniques and systems to help delegates achieve the performance requirements of the Directive.
An IPPC workshop is also being planned, to debate what the IPPC Directive requires of operators using mechanical seals, flange gaskets and compression packing.
