This Committee has appointed a number of "Advisers" who are expert in their particular fields, and the draft 'programme has been divided on a basis of broad techniques.

Papers will be issued in pre-print form before the meeting and the contributors will give only a brief summary of their papers, most of the time being given over to discussion. Arrangements have been made to publish the whole of the Proceedings in a special number, or numbers, of the Analyst, as soon as possible
