## Abstract ## __Background.__ Mycotic pseudoaneurysm from the cavernous segment of the internal carotid artery (ICA) secondary to an invasive aspergillus sinusitis is rare. Surgical intervention with ICA ligation is generally accepted for most mycotic aneurysms or pseudoaneurysms. When presented
