✦ Synopsis
fifeasurements are presented of the kmetlc energy loss of 200 eV (Iab) LJF; ions III collisions with Ar atoms. Depending upon the angle of scatter, the results show clear evidence for production of UFZ ions urrth internal excitation up to 5 eV.
