## Abstract ## Objective Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a systemic inflammatory disease characterized by autoantibody production and immune complex deposition. The level of interleukin‐10 (IL‐10), predominantly an antiinflammatory cytokine, is paradoxically elevated in patients with SLE. Th
