## Abstract Human leukocyte interferon increased the expression of HLA‐A, B antigens and Ξ²~2~‐microglobulin on two lines of human lymphoblastoid cells and on peripheral blood lymphocytes. No effect was observed on the expression of HLA‐DR antigens.
