✦ Synopsis

The interface spin-wave (ISW) modes of two coupled semi-infinite magnetic superlattices separated by a nonmagnetic layer have been studied by the use of magnetostatic theory. A general expression of the ISW dispersion relation is obtained. Detailed calculations are performed for the coupled semi-infinite magnetic superlattices with an external magnetic field which is parallel or perpendicular to the surface of the layers. Some results about the ISW modes are discussed.
