There is no specific morphologic finding that is representative of different phenotypic patterns of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). In 15 cases of T-cell ALL, there were ruptured white blood cells among the lymphoblasts, as seen in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. These 15 cases are presented in this report. Diagn.
