✦ Synopsis
We have tested several microstrip resonator structures (YBCO/SiO/Au) coupled to Josephson junctions (YBCO/YBCO): a) open ended microstrip resonator with centered junction, b) junction located at a shorted end, c) resonator with radial stub, and d) lumped LC-resonator. Each resonator was succesfully operated in the frequency range 50-1000 GHz. These resonators contained a range of microstrip components such as: transmission lines, open ended microstrips, radial stubs, via holes, low loss contacts, inductors and capacitors.
