✦ Synopsis

Molecular Nutrition & Food Research (MNF) publishes papers focusing on a broad area of food research dealing with bioactivity/safety, chemistry, immunology, microbiology, nutrition, and technology. Emphasis is given to bioactivity/safety and nutrition.

MNF is published in 12 issues per year, including regular issues as well as topical issues. Three categories of scientific contributions are accepted for publication:

(i) research papers, (ii) reviews, and (iii) educational papers.

Our Early View online publication is updated weekly and enables papers to be available online and citable before going into print.

2 General terms of publication

The author vouches that the work has not been published elsewhere, either completely, in part, or in any other form and that the manuscript has not been submitted to another journal.
