β¦ Synopsis
Temperature
and angular dependences of "'TI hne width. LI,,~. and transverse relaxation time. r. have been measured in two crystals of TI,Ba,CuO, with T,= 32 and 1 15 K, respectively. In the normal state both d,,? and r have been found to be temperature-independent and not to vary with varying T,, implying that the size of inhomogeneous broadening is also invariable. Analysis of the line width angular dependence shows that the inhomogeneous broadening originates, most probably, from local distortions associated with Cu substitution for TI. A conclusion is that variations in T, are not related to this substitution.

We report on the NMR Knight shift of 2Β°5T1 in Tl2Ba2CaCuzO8\_~ for different ~. Due to the variation of the oxygen content, T c ranges from 85 K up to 105 K. The 2Β°~T1 spectra consist of two lines, where the main line is due to Tl( l ) in the TiP-layer whereas the defect line corresponds to Tl (2) r
