We investigated the effect of naloxone on the concentration of dopamine in the hypothalamus and on the concentration of prolactin in serum and anterior pituitary of male rats acutely treated with ethanol. Acute ethanol administration increased serum prolactin levels and hypothalamic dopamine concent
