✦ Synopsis


Infrared reflectivity spectra of (Cu,GeSe,)l-, (CuGe,P,), mixed crystals with z = 0.1 and 0.2 are measured in t h e wave-number range from 180 t o 4000 cm-l. An analysis of the spectra reveals contributions from five vibrational modes and from free carriers t o the reflectivity. The results are compared with previous measurements for Cu,GeSe, and CuGe,P,.

Infrarot-Reflexionsspektren von (Cu,GeSe,)l --5 (CuGe,P,),-Mischkristallen niit z = 0.1 und 0.2 wurden im Wellenzahlbereich von 180 bis 4000 cm-l gemessen. Eine Analyse der Spektren ergibt Beitrage von funf Schwingungsmoden und von freien Ladungstragern zum Reflexionsvermogen. Die Ergebnisse werden mit friiheren Messungen fur Cu,GeSe, und CuGe,P, verglichen.
