## Abstract Microwave (MW), infrared (IR) dielectric response, and Raman spectra of BaZr~__y__~Ti~1‐__y__~O~3~ (BZT) (__y__ = 0.25–0.40) and BaTi~1‐__z__~Sn~__z__~O~3~ (BTS) (__z__ = 0.15–0.30) ceramics were studied systematically. As the substitution levels increased, the evolution from normal fer
