✦ Synopsis
We measured room temperature infrared and Raman spectra of the neutral TTM-TTP molecule and four conducting charge-transfer salts: (TTM-TTP)I 3 , (TTM-TTP)AuI 2 , (TTM-TTP)(I 3 ) 5/3 and (TSM-TTP)(I 3 ) 5/3 . The vibrational bands related to the CyC stretching modes were analysed. The frequencies of CyC stretching modes observed both in infrared and Raman spectra depend linearly upon the charge on TTM-TTP (or TSM-TTP) molecules.
