✦ Synopsis

The infra-red spectra of four substituted pyrazoles have been compared to determine the actual isomeric structure and to investigate the mutual influence of an unsaturated substituent and a heterocyclic nucleus. A strong association effect has been observed in the compounds containing the N-H group, and this has been studied as a fucction of dilution.
