Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc is combining the former Global Sealing Division and the NVH Control Systems Division into one new group, called the Body and Chassis Systems Division. The Fluid Systems Division, led by President Larry Beard, and the new Body and Chassis Systems Division will continue to report directly to Ed Hasler, president and chief operating officer.
