Bounds of the probability of error are generally given in terms of measures of
entropies. Chu and Chueh (J. Franklin Inst., Vol. 282, pp. [121][122][123][124][125] 1966) obtained various bounds in terms of the information of Shannon. In this work, some new bounds are presented for the probability of error via the information of degree B. It is shown that some of the new bounds generalize those obtained by Chu and Chueh.
