The ferroelectric, piezoelectric, and dynamic mechanical properties of uniaxially oriented films of poly(viny1idene fluoride) PVF,, undoped and doped with a plasticizer, tricresyl phosphate (TCP), were investigated. X-ray diffraction studies were carried out and show that for uniaxially oriented fil
