The properties of excitonic states in pseudomorphic, (100)- and (311)-oriented \(\mathrm{In}_{0.2} \mathrm{Gr}_{0}{ }_{8} \mathrm{As} / \mathrm{GaAs}\) quantum well (QW) structures are investigated.
