The structure of the pseudo ternary TeO 2 -TiO 2 -BaO glasses was investigated by Raman and infrared spectroscopies. In the TeO 2 -BaO system, glasses with low BaO content have a continuous network constructed by sharing corners of TeO 4 trigonal bipyramids and TeO 3؉1 polyhedra having nonbridging o
