This paper will investigate the electroluminescence characteristics of Al/porous silicon/monocrystalline silicon/Al sandwich-structures (Al/PS-(c-Si)/Al) prepared on a base of nanostructured porous silicon by the method of electrochemical anodization of monocrystalline silicon wafers are reported. It will be concerned with the light emission mechanism of Al/PS-(c-Si)/Al sandwich-structures at double injection of charge carriers.
