โฆ Synopsis
Influence of Impurity Type on Mierohardness Anisotropy of NaCl Single Crystals
The measurements of the microhardness on the (001) and (111) face of pure and doped NaCl crystals in temperature interval 77 -750 K have been performed. It is revealed that the value of I1 kind microhardness anisotropy, established at room temperature, is influenced by the impurity type. The change of microhardness anisotropy sign takes place at a definite temperature. It is a consequence of a different therniostability of the face under investigation.
