## Abstract The influence of annealing atmosphere on the optical properties of flower‐like ZnO is investigated. The flower‐like ZnO is composed of nanosheets. Annealing at 500Β°C results in the increase of the thickness of nanosheets and the enhancement of UV emission. PL spectra results show that t
