✦ Synopsis

When 0.48 M NaPB is applied, the samples should be diluted to 0.1 M NaPB before loading. For NaCl, the concentration should not be lower than 2 M. When using alkaline reagents (NaCN, Na$), the solutions should be buffered to prevent denaturation of DNA (see footnote to Table 2).
