β¦ Synopsis
Scott was doing well and things were rolling along. Humanity had never flourished so well, and there were endless possibilities ahead of them. Thereβs a few internal politics to deal with, as well as the races living in the protected territory, as his build site is compromised bringing up questions. It seems humanityβs time of cooperation may be nearing an end as well, though thankfully war seemed unlikely.
There were endless threats as well, along a new and astonishing path of exploration. More than he ever imagined, thanks to Melodyβs latest breakthrough.
That and more will take Scottβs focus, if humanity is to survive.
Authorβs note: This is primarily a space opera. The fantasy elements of the book are tangential at best, and I donβt believe that will change through the rest of the series. Oh, thereβs mages, shifters, witches, and vampires in these pages, but thatβs really not the focus.
