The effect of cationic surfactants on the bilayer phase transition of phospholipid vesicles was studied. Two types of acidic phospholipids, phosphatidic acid and phosphatidylglycerol, with different acyl chain length were examined. Cationic surfactants were aikyltrimethylammonium bromides with diffe
