Indoles from Nifedipine

Irradiation of nifedipine in the presence of TiCI, does not yield the cyclic (E)-7a isomerizes to (Z)-Sa when exposed to light. The products of 3a, sondern das Indol7a. ( a -7 ~ wird durch Licht zu (z>-8a isomerisiert. hydroxamic acid halfacetale 3a, as previously supposed, but the indole acetylation from 7a are represented by the amides 9 und 10.

Aus Nifedipin (la) erhalt man bei der Bestrahlung in Ge-'genwart von TiClJAcetat-Puffer zwei durch fraktionierte Kristallisation trennbare Produkte2! Zuerst fallt das Lactam 2a an. Aus der Mutterlauge wurde eine Substanz isoliert, der die Struktur eines Hydroxamsaurehalbacetals 3a zugeordnet wurde. 3a lie13 sich sowohl photochemisch als auch durch Erhitzen in Eisessig isomerisieren und ergab bei Acetylierungsversuchen unterschiedliche Produkte.
