Currently, Federal Mogul is only a technical partner for Talbros. Federal Mogul plans for the wholly-owned subsidiary would include new technology to make multi-layered steel gaskets. TACL sources said Talbros is already making MLS gaskets and the partners should stick to their JV agreement which has been in place for more than five decades.
