✦ Synopsis

route TiO 2 pigment plant to be built at Zhuzhou (Hunan province). The plant would be designed to produce only rutile grades of pigment. It will be a direct local rival to the 20,000 tonnes/y TiO 2 plant at Zhuzhou which was recently acquired by China National Salt Industry, with the promise of expansion.
