โฆ Synopsis
Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells expressing lease process has been developed (Kennard et al., 1993; the human melanoma tumour antigen, p97, were used Kennard and Piret, 1994, 1995). This process separates to develop a controlled release process for the production protein harvesting from cell growth and protein expresof recombinant glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI) ansion. The process is based on the harvesting of proteins chored proteins. The cells were cultured either in suspenattached via a glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI) ansion or immobilized on porous microcarriers and p97 was chor to the outer surface of the cell membrane (Ferguselectively cleaved from the cell surface by the bacterial enzyme, phosphatidylinositol-phospholipase C (PI-PLC).
