Ac losses in ceramic Y-Ba-Cu-O and NMR and Mfssbauer studies of ceramic La-Sr-Cu-O superconductors before and after hydrogenation are presented. Two-phase behaviour of hydogenated samples, increased pinning and increased intragranular critical current density is evidenced.
