## Abstract Endothelial dysfunction is a trigger for the formation of cerebral aneurysm (CA). The circulating endothelial progenitor cell (EPC) plays an important role in postnatal vasculogenesis and reduction of endothelial injury. In this study, we tested the hypothesis that decreased number and
