✦ Synopsis

Recent results, some still preliminary, on inclusive hadron production at LEP are presented. The high precision data at the Z resonance (LEP I) provide a better understanding of the hadronization dynamics and serve as input for the tuning of Monte Carlo models. First results from the high energy running (LEP II) are still dominated by large statistical uncertainties.
