✦ Synopsis
The purpose of this article is to discuss the nature of dierent kinds of iodine based contrast media. The incidence of adverse reactions to iodine based contrast media and the risk factors of these reactions are also discussed.
Two studies concerning the delayed/late adverse reactions to contrast media are discussed at the end of the article.
