โœฆ Synopsis

An inactivation model is postulated for tumor-cell radiation response in vivo based upon the response to multiple independent processes. These are intrinsic cell radiation response (Process I), and immunological host resistance (Process 2 ) . A composite dose-efect relationship which arises is described. Experimental data found with the LSA mouse lymphoma are analyzed and show agreement with the model proposed.

Meningiomas are tumors in arachnoid cells which represent up to one fifth of all intracranial tumors and up to a quarter of spinal neoplasias. Although meningiomas have classically been considered to be benign tumors, it has also been well-established that they show a heterogeneous clinical outcome.

## Abstract __Endoglin__ (__ENG__) has been identified as a candidate tumorโ€suppressor gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Earlier microcellโ€mediated chromosome transfer (MMCT) studies of chromosome 9 in ESCC narrowed down a tumorโ€suppressive critical region to 9q33โ€34. __ENG__ maps
