## Abstract We previously found that mouse T lymphocytes sensitized __in vitro__ against alloโ€ or syngeneic fibroblasts, upon injection into syngeneic recipients, do not themselves differentiate into effector cells, but recruit effector T lymphocytes within the draining lymph nodes.
