The effects of DL-a-difluoromethylornithine (DFMO), a specific irreversible inhibitor of ornithine decarboxylase, on the growth of experimental mouse B 16-F 10 melanoma cells were investigated. DFMO (3%) in drinking water was administered to B16-FIO melanoma-bearing mice. A t 24 days, B16-FIO melano
