We investigated the ability of free or liposome-incorporated synthetic chemotactic peptide N-formyl-methionyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (FMLP) to generate tumoricidal properties in mouse macrophages. As FMLP contains three hydrophobic amino acid residues, it can readily be incorporated into multilamellar
