The cover picture shows binding of lipopeptide to CD14 (using confocal microscopy of living cells). It shows surface staining of CD14 (green) and FLAG-labeled lipopeptide Pam 3 CSK 4 (red) after its binding to CD14-expressing human HEK293 cells.
