The algorithm of analysis of correlation areas comparable with the dimensions of statistical speckle to measure motion of the individual point in the ESPI was proposed. The minimum analysis area depends on the magnification of the optical setup. In this work 0,4 mm could be reached. Time resolution of the created system is limited by the data acquisition rate and is equal to 170 msec. 3. Examples of the strain kinetics in the Zr/Si system (linear dependence of the thermal stress versus temperature) as well as of kinetics of the motion of individual sample points illustrate the versatility of the created method.
