✦ Synopsis
To fulfill the requirements of the analyses recommended, especially in the field of health and environmental protection, modular statistical software has been developed with a complementary character, allowing its use by all types of instruments having appropriate computer systems. Though the new version of the DATAPRO 3.0 conforms to the previous ones, some new features have been added: 1. each type of statistical tests can be performed in both parametric and nonparametric forms; 2. the free choice of tests and arrangement of test series is ensured; 3. a special possibility is given for spectrometric analyses: the processing of the spectra can be accomplished both qualitatively and quantitatively, opening up new possibilities. The use of this software for various analytical tasks is demonstrated, and the processing of spectra is demonstrated by an ICP analysis of dust originating from the combustion of various waste materials.
