Abstract
An improved 2D sequence for the simplification of COSY spectra is described and demonstrated. It is based on the 3D HOHAHACOSY experiment, makes use of shaped selective pulses and takes advantage of simultaneous excitation and correspondingly more efficient data accumulation schemes. The method is particularly suitable for applications in the fields of peptides, carbohydrates and nucleotides.
