An original concept is presented for increasing the performance of a pseudo-operational amplifier. This concept proposes a current mirror in which an inductance impro¨es its gain and phase at ¨ery high frequencies. Using this structure in the design of a GaAs pseudooperational amplifier, ¨ery promising simulation and experimental results are obtained.
