β¦ Synopsis
The relative effects of nanoparticle motion mechanisms of dilute suspensions, i.e., Brownian motion, thermophoresis and osmo-phoresis, including size dependence, on the thermal conductivity were theoretically investigated. The Brownian motion effect was found to be more significant by factors of O 10 6 Γ Γ and O 10 8 Γ Γ when compared to thermo-phoresis and osmo-phoresis, respectively.

It is obvious that the applicability and efficiency of nanofluids (suspensions contained nanoparticles) are related to their high heat transfer coefficients, especially thermal conductivity. Many parameters affect this property including size, shape and source of nanoparticles, surfactants, power of

This paper presents the thermal and mechanical contribution of anisotropic conductive films (ACFs) to the electrical conduction establishment of ACF joint. The conduction mechanism of ACF joint strongly depends on the thermal and mechanical properties of ACF. Therefore, it is important to understand
