was not palpable. Intellectual function was normal. She had no atrophy of muscles, nor any abnormalities of the cardiovascular, respiratory or nervous systems. Exanthema and arthralgia were not observed. There were no dental or ocular abnormalities.

Laboratory investigations revealed white blood cell count (2500/mm3; absolute lymphocyte count, 950/mm3), decreased platelet count (129000/mm3).
