✦ Synopsis

Inhibition of tumor growth by local delayed reaction in chickens 257 specific T cell products with anti-Aa antisera have been paralleled with negative reactions with hetero anti-Ig antisera [25, 261. These observations may be difficult t o reconcile

with the present finding of rather regular occurrence of anti-Aa antibody in conventional anti-Ig antisera and call f o r a careful analysis of t h e actual antisera as well as for a further analysis of the fine specificity of t h e anti-allotype antibody in the hetero-and alloantisera.
